vintage long sleeve maxi dress

Totally fabulous from the 1960's, maybe early 70's. No designer label or fabric content tag. The only tag is the size and it's say's 16, todays size M 8-10. It has a back metal zipper. Working just fine. The navy bodice, and white cuffs and collar are knit, Probably polyester. Button cuffs with a red button. Red ribbon detail behind the collar. It has it's original red faux patent leather belt.. The sheer print fabric on the sleeves and pleated skirt is light and flowy. Not sure but feels like cotton? Unlined so you would probably want to wear a slip. It measures 55" long, 38" from the waist. Laying flat seam to seam it's 19" across under the arms, 14 1/2" at the waist. The only condition issues that I can find is there appears to be a faint discoloration area at the top of the skirt in front where the belt hits. The belt is pretty stiff and crinkled.
