Stitch (from Lilo and Stitch) is sitting and eating a ornament. He's wearing a red/white Santa hat that has some holly on it. The ornament is the 3D part and can move. The pin comes on a special red and gold backing card shaped like a Christmas ornament; it says: "* Joyeux Noël * * Merry Christmas *" on top and at the bottom "Edition Limitée * 1200 ex. * Limited Edition". It has a gold cord so you can hang it as an holiday ornament on your Christmas tree.
