I'm selling this item because I bought it at a vintage clothing store overseas but haven't had a chance to wear it. I've only tried it on.
It's a lovely piece with embroidery and fringe on a tulle-like mesh material.
The velvet piping is also cute.
I think it would be great in the summer, but it would also be a nice accent in the winter, paired with a turtleneck, for example.
