There are scratches on the plastic of the main unit.
There are scratches on the plastic on the front of the LCD.
There is a back cover, but it does not have the SONY logo, so it is probably a third-party product. The color is different, and although it fits securely, there seems to be a slight dimensional error.
There were times when the "Do you want to quit the game?" dialog appeared during gameplay. (Frequency unknown)
There were times when the UMD was recognized and then lost.
A blur-like effect can be seen in the upper center of the LCD.
