Even tho this is NWT, this dress has a few flaws that I
feel can be fixed with dry clean or someone who can
clean. I bought this dress on sale and didn't notice
the small spots. Check pics. It's very pretty on but
also just a little too small for me. It was the last one
and I noticed it was sold out so I bought anyway.
Sadly, I have to part with it.
