This is a vintage Russell sweatshirt. Based on the tag shape, it appears to be made in the USA, dating from the late 80s to the 90s.

In addition to the highly popular "college-style 3-tier print," this sweatshirt has prints on the left sleeve and back, giving it a fantastic look!
