I haven't used it much, but it's been a few years since I've had it, so I don't know how long it will last.
When I first confirmed the operation, the screen looked like the 6th photo, but it was fixed by blowing air. I was able to play games without any problems (tested with Pokémon Pinball, as shown in photos 7 and 8).
No issues with the volume.
Batteries are not included.
