We have this exact skirt in brown as well. Both are from our large collection of women's vintage clothing.
No tag for size or fabric material. We believe the fabric is polyester. Feels and looks like velour.
Length: 34"
Elastic waist: 29" with another 1" or so off give
Widest point at the hemline: 37"
So simple and classic. Wear it with just about anything.
Maybe worn once in absolutely great condition.
