【Operation Confirmation & Condition】
LCD, Touch Panel, Network Connection: All working well.
Pen Input: Operation confirmed.

Defect: The volume down button ("-") on the side of the main unit does not respond.
* Volume adjustment can be done without any problems via mouse or touch operation from the taskbar on the screen.

Regarding the Pen: Drawing is possible, but the top button (knock part) does not respond.
The operation has not been confirmed because I do not have the top button battery on hand, but it is probably a dead battery (the pen tip and top button use separate batteries).

【Regarding Microsoft Office】
This is a model with Office Home & Business Premium included, so the included license card will be included. However, we cannot guarantee the validity of the product key or the transfer procedure during reinstallation, so please consider it as an extra.
