This Vintage 80s David Warren Rose Floral Black Red Layered Ruffle Party Dress Saks is in great vintage condition with one minor flaw. Just below the zipper needs be sewn. I'm not a seamstress but it seems like an extremely easy fix. The top bodice is peplum fabric with cotton ruffles at the bottom, shoulder pads and darling bows on the sleeves. This is a rally fun party dress. It would be great for an 80s themed party! Size tag has been removed but I believe it to be a medium. I have attached photos with measurements.
