All come with a 5 foot cord and 7 watt lamps.
Tested and lit. ( Extra bulbs and fuse not included). I did a quick check and found a bulb that didn't light up on the medium one and one of the plastic snow / star attachment was really loose. I tried to see if it could reattach by removing that light bulb; when I reinsert the bulb the plastic piece under it caved. Unless the sphere is open I don't see how to make it come back up. I'm not good with opening things up so it's sold as is
