This is a US NAVY denim sailor pant from around the 1980s. I purchased it from a used clothing store two years ago and have worn it several times.
Although it's a garment from about 40 years ago, the color is still deep and the condition is good. I think this is a very good item for those who like flared pants.

Hem width: 27cm
A 170cm tall man of average build wore it, and the waist fit perfectly without a belt, but it wasn't tight. The hem was also perfect and didn't touch the ground.
