A re-release of the "CONTENDER" running shoes, originally released in 1995 and designed for training and casual wear.
This model is part of the "Countryside Pack," which focuses on Japan's agricultural industry.

Inspired by the scenery of Japanese orchards, the design incorporates removable small leaf (leather) accents around the shoelaces.
The upper mesh is designed to resemble the burlap sacks used during harvest.
Furthermore, the tongue features a playful woven label with an illustration of "fruit" in the style of a botanical illustration and the character for "fruit," creating a special expression not previously seen in the Contender.
The lining of the upper and the surface textile of the insole use over 90% recycled materials, demonstrating environmental consideration.
