This is a vintage Ralph Lauren garment. While I've forgotten the specifics, I was told it's from about 40-50 years ago.
I purchased it from a vintage shop that was exhibiting at a French fair in a department store.
It has a delicate lace design and is very lovely.
It is see-through, so something will need to be worn underneath.
There are some frays on the frill, but overall it's a beautiful item.
