Herkimer Diamonds are 500 million years old which makes them the most ancient Quartz in the world! They are also the densest Quartz (7.5 Mohs) and are naturally faceted with 18 faces and two terminations.
It has top luster and excellent clarity with sharp well defined crystal structure. Highly aesthetic specimen overall.
