This is an exquisire item
The top brown feels like thin velvet , the underside like silk , but I'm not aware truly. It was my mother's.
It is pure luxery comfort class and beauty
The top and bottom edges are rolled.
Purchased in an Italian , I imagine , Venice , glass and cloth factory (store). They were called factories at the time.
It was my mother's and given to me in the 70s. I imagine it was purchased in the 50s or 60s knowing her travel.
