This is the anime adaptation of the renowned work by Kinoko Nasu from TYPE-MOON.
Given the vast amount of information in the original game, it’s challenging to reproduce everything, but I believe the anime was well executed.
It would be nice to see each character's story adapted into anime, like Fate.

This TV anime is based on a work that achieved exceptional success as a doujin game.

The story follows Shiki Tohno, a boy who miraculously survived a serious accident in his childhood. Following the incident, he gained the ability to see "the fragile lines of things" (i.e., lines through which any object can be broken if a blade is passed). After the incident, he was taken in by relatives and has been living his daily life wearing glasses that prevent him from seeing the lines. As a high school student, he returns to his family home following his father's death.

However, in that town, a series of murders is occurring, and he becomes embroiled in the battle against the bloodsuckers behind it all.

The story depicts a young boy torn between his daily life and the world of extraordinary battles, surrounded by several girls in both realms, showcasing a youth horror drama.
