Vintage Navajo sterling silver watch tips by W. Yazzie, featuring turquoise mosaic inlay with clear accent stones and 1/20 12kt gold-filled detailing. The geometric inlay work and mixed-metal construction are classic Southwestern design elements.
The reverse is stamped STERLING, 1/20 12kt GF, and signed W. Yazzie. The turquoise appears natural with visible matrix. The clear center stones are consistent with cubic zirconia, commonly used in Southwestern jewelry of this period.
These are traditional watch tips, originally designed to attach to a watch case and band. They are currently mounted on a Speidel stretch band for display and wear, which appears to be a later replacement. The stretch band fits approximately 5.25 inches relaxed up to 7 inches stretched.
Each watch tip measures approximately 1 inch across the face. Total weight is approximately 13 grams.
