Vintage original 1950 movie poster insert (14”x36”) for “The Big Hangover”, an MGM comedy starring Elizabeth Taylor & Van Johnson. “The Big Hangover” was one of Elizabeth Taylor's first films to feature her in an "adult character" role.
The unrestored poster is in good to very good condition. It has edge & corner wear, a tiny tear on blank white portion of left border, a small mark in blank right hand bottom border & creases along fold lines. It has fantastic images of a young, beautiful Elizabeth Taylor & overall displays well. Please see photos.
The plot involved a law school graduate being hired by a top law firm, but hides from them a secret about a problem he has. He is so allergic to alcohol that one whiff of it and he passes out like a light. Taylor plays the psychoanalyst daughter of one of the law firm’s senior partner & she falls for the law school graduate.
