Excellent Condition 45R 45rpm Blouse

This 45R blouse features a sturdy denim fabric, but with a very cute design thanks to the frills on the cuffs, the flared hem, and the buttons.
It can be worn in various ways, such as as a jacket or as a blouse by buttoning it up.

I bought it a few years ago, but it didn't suit my age, so I wore it about 3 times and then stored it carefully.
It has been worn very few times, and it is in very clean condition with no stains or damage (please check the images).
