This item was purchased outright from the Apple Store approximately five and a half years ago.
The battery and screen have been replaced at an unofficial repair shop.
There are display warnings related to the screen and battery, but it has been working without issues.
It has been kept in a case since purchase, so there are no major scratches, but there may be minor scratches from daily use. From a casual inspection, I didn't notice anything too concerning.
