This is an extremely rare red on off white jersey. There isn't another online anywhere like this.
The Spanjian logo says San Marcos California USA (means it was made sometime after 1971. Judging from the shape I would say before 1980) The letters and numbers are patch machine sewn onto the jersey.
It was most likely a practice jersey for player no. 28 at that time.
Clean, washed and ready to wear. Some minor color bleed on white parts. Some tiny specks here or there of discoloring.
