This is a P-coat that has been arranged as a Japan exclusive to match the modern style of Schott's classic model, the 740N PEA COAT.
The overall silhouette is tight, with the armholes and upper arms having a perfect balance of thickness, and the length has been slightly shortened.
I think it's very cool and can be used for a long time regardless of age.
