This cape is brand new. There are no tags at all on the garment and I do not have the fabric makeup.
History: This was a designer sample for the previous label my sister designed for. It is a cashmere blend. Only one of these was made in a medium (all samples were a medium), and they chose not to put it into production. That was 15-20 years ago and it has been stored in airtight storage ever since.
FLAWS- on the outside, this cape is in perfect condition. The lining has 2 large cuts in the satin (photos). This company always cut their samples. Easily mended, but I want to sell it as is. The cuts do not show when worn and they do not affect the use of the garment in any way.
