It includes new elements from "Kamen Rider OOO 10th: Revival of the Core Medals," such as new mode, voice lines, and BGM.

Furthermore, by switching the "O Scanner ver. 10th" to "Ancient OOO Mode," you can activate the transformation sound and voice lines of Ancient OOO (voice: Masaki Tani).

The core medals include new medals for "Tajadol Combo Eternity" that appear in "Kamen Rider OOO 10th: Revival of the Core Medals."

*The core medals included with this product cannot be scanned with the O Scanner included with the "DX OOO Driver" or the "CSM OOO Driver (released in 2018)."
*To play the transformation sounds, you will need the OOO Driver body, which is sold separately, either the CSM OOO Driver 10th or the CSM OOO Driver (2018 version).
