A lovely desert rose created with Mother of Pearl, Turquoise and Jet inlaid in sterling silver. This authentic handmade Zuni piece by Sonny Wallace is gorgeous in its luminescence. It can be worn as a pendant or a brooch. Marked Sterling, Sonny Wallace, Zuni, N.M (New Mexico), 94 (1994). 1 1/4" across. In beautiful vintage condition.
Sonny Wallace (1971 to 2007) was the son of famous Zuni designers & Lapidarists Anselem and Rosita Wallace. Sonny was himself an award winning Zuni artist who created beautiful interpretations of his parents signature designs. These pieces are not common.
