Antique Victorian garnet cluster brooch with pendant conversion, featuring richly colored faceted garnets set in a traditional circular floral design. Likely late 1800s. The brooch has a classic Victorian C-clasp with tube hinge and has been paired with a vintage gold filled chain marked 1/20 12KT GF so it can be worn as a necklace. Beautiful dark red garnets with excellent sparkle and age-appropriate patina to the metal. A striking piece of 19th-century jewelry that works both as a brooch or pendant.
