This is an adidas track jacket made by Descente in the 70s-80s. It's the same model worn by Nana Komatsu and Masaki Suda, among others.
The size is a 6, which is roughly L-XL. I (176cm, 66kg, average build) could wear it with a comfortable, roomy fit. There are no noticeable stains or tears, and it's in beautiful condition.
