501XX 1947 MODEL
With the end of the war, the 501 finally returned to its original form.
The biggest feature is the revival of the Arcuate stitch. It was also equipped with a new specification called "diamond point" using a two-needle sewing machine, which was the latest technique at the time, and was first equipped on this model.
At the same time, the "S" was removed from the S501XX leather patch used during the war, the buttons returned to those with the company name engraved from the laurel wreath pattern open-top type, and the rivets on the watch pocket also returned.
However, the back strap and crotch rivets were omitted.
This model, which reproduces those specifications, faithfully reproduces hidden rivets, a red tab with a Big E embroidered on only one side, and more.
For the denim fabric, the highest quality Japanese denim that reproduces the texture of the time, 13.1-ounce Kaihara red-selvedge denim, is used.
