The buttons are Sanwa. The springs have been removed, but the switches are heavy (OMRON V-10-1A4, 100 grams), so I feel that there is a normal amount of pressure when pressed.
The USB port is for power supply only. When playing Infinitas or BMS, you will need to connect your own converter to the PS port (converters are also sold separately, so please comment if you need one).
Both the USB port and the PS port have been tested and confirmed to be working.
