Vintage Jill Richards blue dress with dramatic white pleated ruffle shoulders. From Razook’s boutique in the 80s. Ruffles were part of Richards’ signature look. Back zips. Lined.
No size tag. Seems like x-small to a slim small. Shown on a small mannequin with not a lot of wiggle room in the hips.

In great overall condition. The pleats have lost a little bit of their shape due to storage (see photos) so you may want to have them pressed if you want them perfectly crisp.
