This is a set for a custom keyboard key case, the ava keyboard.
The case is black and uses a gasket mount.
The PCB is hot-swappable, so it can be used by installing switches and keycaps.
Connection is via type-c.
I installed switches and keycaps once and used it for about a month, but they have all been uninstalled.
It cost around 66,000 yen when purchased.
