Rare Silver Helios-44 58mm f/2 Lens - Swirly Bokeh

Thank you for your patience. I am pleased to offer this Helios-44, famous for its swirly bokeh, which I have acquired after a long wait. This is an early model Helios-44-2 lens, known for using Zeiss glass.

While the body has some minor scratches, I believe it is in quite good condition for an old Russian lens. It is difficult to find items in this good condition in Japan.

It is an M39 mount, but can be used with an M42 adapter by attaching an M42 conversion ring. The conversion ring is included. Please note that this is not a Leica L mount (l39).

When connected to an M42 mount via the conversion ring, the position of the lens markings may be slightly misaligned. This does not affect the image quality at all, but I have mentioned it for those who are very particular.

Front and rear caps are also included.

The inside of the lens is very clear with no mold or fogging.

This lens has been disassembled and cleaned, and dust has been removed as much as possible. Due to the structure, dust is likely to enter, and there may be some minor dust particles, but they are minor and do not affect the image quality. The focus ring has also been greased, so it moves smoothly.

Both the aperture ring and the focus ring work properly.
I think this is a lens that is in good condition overall.

As an aside, if you do not have an adapter, I recommend purchasing an adapter made by K&F Concept. Inexpensive adapters that can be purchased for under 1000 yen may lack precision, and it is safer to purchase a reliable one. If you have any questions, please ask. I will answer them as best I can.
