Rare 60s/70s Carhartt Chore Coat, worn by Kunichi Nomura, with Boro and Blanket Lining

Prices are soaring for the popular Carhartt brand. This is a camel-colored Chore Coat, as worn by Kunichi Nomura. Stylist Atsushi Okubo also wears this style, so it's expected to gain even more attention. Jason Statham also wore the same color in the movie "The Beekeeper."

60s and 70s versions are rare, and this one has a blanket lining for warmth. The market price is also rising.

I don't think you'll find many in this condition with such great fading and puckering. It's a unique piece with a lot of character. There's some damage around the front buttons, but you can still button and unbutton them without any problems. I don't usually button mine, so it's not something I'm concerned about. The color has changed from Hamilton Brown to camel, and it will age to a beige color with wear.

It's estimated to be from the 60s or 70s, as it uses UFO rivets and was produced during the transition from the large "C" buttons. It's a size 46, with a printed size tag on the chest, and a blanket-lined coverall.
