This is an older model of Nohara Kogei's mechanical pencil, which still enjoys strong popularity. By attaching a fixed lead sleeve, you can enjoy an overwhelmingly superior writing experience compared to the new model.
Kashi (Japanese oak) is a diffuse-porous wood with a grayish-white to yellowish-gray-brown color. It has unique spots called "kashime" on the flat-sawn surface, which appear as ripples on the quarter-sawn surface. This item also exhibits a beautiful and unique grain pattern characteristic of Kashi.
