This is an original buffalo check (block check) shirt from BIG YANK, a representative of American vintage.

Although there is no material notation, it is a relatively thick CPO-type heavy-weight wool, using high-quality material with high heat retention. You can see old details such as the long point collar typical of the era, gussets at the hem, and double-stitch sewing.

Most people are familiar with the red, green, and blue block check patterns, but the very rare yellow-green base color is a rare color that is rarely seen in the market. This is a recommended piece that allows you to differentiate yourself from others.
It has a sense of weight and aging unique to wool material, and has an overwhelming presence on its own.
It would also go well with denim, chinos, down vests, slacks, etc.

There is damage due to it being a vintage item.
・Holes in buttonholes
・Some repairs around the buttonholes, the left pocket opening, and the lower front
・Abrasion and tearing on the lining fabric of the collar and around the neck
・Small holes near the lower left buttonhole on the front and on the upper back (they do not go through, and are only a few millimeters that can be seen when held up to the light)

There is no fatal damage to the wear.
