The item is a Nirvana NEVERMIND ULTRADISC 24K Gold limited edition.
I purchased it new at a CD store in a shopping mall at the time.
As I already owned the regular version, I only listened to it a few times to avoid damage, and kept it as a collector's item.
Upon close inspection, the jacket and disc surface have some minor dirt and scratches, but I believe they are in good condition considering they are over a quarter of a century old.
Those seeking a perfect item might be better off purchasing a dead stock copy.
