I've been going to vintage clothing stores in Tokyo for about 10 years, and I've never seen an oversized polo shirt like this before; it's very rare.
As of now, I haven't found a 10XL kingsize polo shirt on Mercari.
When the size gets to this class, it's made for people with larger bodies, so the body width is larger than the length.
You can wear it as a single item, or as an outer layer to make a statement. Women can even wear it like a dress.
