This is an 80s ISSEY MIYAKE MEN thick wool sweater (MN63260).

Made in Japan, with a handwritten tag, a care tag indicating (K.K.) ISSEY MIYAKE ONLIMIT, three-dimensional knit, marked JP Free Size / Overseas S size, featuring a blue x navy color scheme, and a short-length boxy silhouette design.

It's an archive piece, but it doesn't show much wear.
