The risk of the object of the sale transfers to the winning bidder at the time of purchase.

Cancellation can be done by the seller without notice and regardless of whether the winning bidder is at fault.
The maximum amount of damages that the winning bidder can claim in a dispute arising from this transaction, regardless of claims for breach of contract or tort, shall be limited to the total of the winning bid and shipping costs.
The winning bidder shall bear the costs of restoring the original condition due to cancellation or any other similar reasons, including fees.
When pursuing the seller's responsibility, the winning bidder shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and shall be required to provide proof to a degree that leaves no reasonable doubt.
The winning bidder shall bear all responsibility for any issues specific to transactions between the parties, regardless of where the responsibility lies.
In the event of any monetary exchange, such as a refund, arising from this contract, the exchange shall be conducted through a Japan Post Bank account, regardless of whether the seller is at fault.
If the winning bidder needs to ship an item to the seller for any reason, the seller shall select the shipping method, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the situation.
