This is a down jacket from THE NORTH FACE. I purchased it new 29 years ago, but it has been stored unworn in a walk-in closet, making it a vintage piece with a brown tag.

* Authentic (stock of) Goldwin, MADE IN USA.

* The hood is removable. I also purchased the hood as an option when I bought it.

* It hasn't been worn much, so it's in great condition, and I think it's a very clean, beautiful item for its age and in beige. There is almost no noticeable soiling around the neck or cuffs. After purchasing it, I wore it occasionally for a few years, and after having it cleaned, I haven't worn it at all for nearly 25 years.

* It's very warm because it uses a lot of down.

* The details, such as the snap buttons and zippers, also have a very nice feel.

* USA size L, which is equivalent to a Japanese XL size.
