This is an Olympus OM-4. I've confirmed that it functions properly with film, including aperture-priority auto mode, manual mode, viewfinder display, light meter, and battery check.
However, there are a few issues: one of the bottom screws is missing, there's some dirt on the side of the lens filter, and the lens appears slightly yellowed (which should be fixable with sunlight exposure). There's also dust and debris on the lens. I don't believe there are any other lens defects, but please examine the images carefully as I may have overlooked something.
The images of the viewfinder and battery checker confirm that the camera is working.
