This is a Christian Dior waist pouch/shoulder bag.
It is a genuine product purchased in Hawaii several decades ago.

It is very lightweight and has two pockets, and can hold quite a bit, such as a wallet and phone.
It's also very convenient as you can take things out quickly.

I used it several times right after I bought it, but I haven't had a chance to use it recently and have kept it carefully stored.

There are some stains on the top, the white trim, and the shoulder strap.

There is no stickiness, and the zipper works fine.
I think it's in relatively good condition, but I've included many photos so you can see the overall condition.
