Seldom seen vintage Hamilton cal. 4992 chronograph pocketwatch in its original condition. The 4992 was widely used during WWII with a black military dial with the subregisters marked in red and subregisters at 12 and 6. The dial is in very nice condition and has the famed Montgomery markings in red on the perimeter of the dial. The sweep second hand is hack-set and stops when the crown is pulled out. The high-grade cal. 4992B movement is very clean, but running sluggishly and will need a general service. Case is in very good condition.
