Purchased second-hand, so the exact year of manufacture is unknown. I believe this is a very rare and valuable item.
Regarding the condition, the handle is made of wood and shows signs of use. Naturally, it has been used in inclement weather, so there are some stains and sun-fading on the fabric.
However, the construction and stitching are solid, so there are no issues with its use. The design, especially the stitching of the camouflage pattern, is cool, and the size is large enough to comfortably fit two people.
