This is the L.L.Bean 2025 Fall/Winter Japan Edition. It has been featured in many magazines and is currently sold out in stores and online.

This jacket has thin padding and is perfect for fall through spring.
The JAPAN EDITION collection was developed by the Japanese design team to suit the Japanese climate and trends.
Based on the original L.L.Bean field coat, first introduced in 1924, the material, specifications, and fit have been updated.
By weaving fine-count indigo-dyed cotton yarn with hollow polyester yarn, and inserting two layers of thin padding between the lightweight, high-density taffeta and the lining, high heat retention is achieved.
Furthermore, stone washing after sewing creates a natural color fade and a soft texture, giving it a comfortable, lightweight feel as if it has been worn for many years.
