This smock parka was developed for operators supporting the takeoff and landing of fighter jets on the flight decks of aircraft carriers, and was used by the British Royal Navy from the 1960s to the 1990s.
This item is a reproduction that faithfully recreates every detail, featuring the distinctive Ventile fabric.
The ultra-high-density woven fabric has passed water pressure resistance, water repellency, moisture permeability, and breathability tests, faithfully reproducing the Ventile's function of excellent moisture-proof and waterproof performance despite being 100% cotton.
The strings around the neck and waist were removed, but will be included.
