I purchased this myself 20 years ago at the Christopher Nemeth store in Fukuoka!
It's a long shirt jacket. The fabric is thick, and it has a unique design with flared sleeves that taper at the cuffs. ⭐︎
There's no size tag, but I believe it was probably one size.
