This is a strap with a pick, commemorating the 2006 release of the movie "A Song to the Sun" starring YUI.
It was about 20 years ago, so my memory isn't perfect, but I think I won it by entering some kind of campaign, and I checked the contents once and then stored it away.
Since a considerable amount of time has passed, the white parts seem a little yellowed, but the item itself still seems to be in good condition.
It seems only 10 people won this (see photo 4), so I think it's quite rare (^-^)
