This is the CITY PACK 2 Ultra from Aer.
This model is usually made with Cordura nylon, but this is a limited edition model released to commemorate the 10th anniversary.
I purchased this myself from the official website when I was in the US. Please rest assured.

The City Pack 2 Ultra is a backpack designed for modern city life.
It has a smart design and functional pockets to organize and store everyday essentials.
It also has an ergonomic harness system for all-day comfort.
The material uses Challenge Sailcloth's Ultra400X, which is overwhelmingly superior in abrasion resistance compared to nylon and is about 20% lighter.
Ultra uses UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) fabric, which is water-resistant and boasts 15 times the strength of steel per gram.
